History of Anzie
Anzie Stein had always been a creative mind and was an artist for many years. When her husband was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer at the age of 41, their three children, all under the age of 15, decided to work with their mother to design bracelets in order to help the family. Together they created the LifeSaver Bracelet to raise funds and awareness for colon cancer. This bracelet is what led to the start of ANZIE in 1999.
The company began in Montreal and continues to use only ethically sourced silver and gold, and gemstones that are conflict-free brought in from around the world. Stein and her two daughters use their creative talents in memory of their dad, who sadly passed away. The company's guiding principles have stayed the same since day one; family, community, philanthropy, and artistic integrity.
Their collections are all inspired by Montreal's eclectic style and nature with inventive and timeless designs. Their Dew Drop Collection features the ANZIE signature setting, inspired by early morning dew drops and calming view of the ocean. The Cleo Collection uses symmetry and opposing elements to create the black-tie-worthy pieces. The Bouquet Collection uses colorful, eye-catching gemstones arranged in a floral pattern. Their Aztec Collection is inspired by Art Deco, with a Southwestern spin on it, designed with spikes, trillion cut gemstones, and starbursts. With these innovative designs, ANZIE has gained admiration from the fashion world and has been featured in numerous top fashion publications and stores throughout the years.
ANZIE collections are fashion-forward, unique, practical, and utterly versatile. Their celebration for their father’s life is shown in their work and the colorful gemstones used in their signature pieces that make every woman want to live her life in color.
