Precision Set guarantees to the first owner ("you") that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product. (Product means a ring or other jewelry item bearing a Precision Set hallmarke and serial number that you have purchased from an authorized Precision Set dealer.)
The guarantee means that if a defect appears during the time you own the product, Precision Set will repair, replace, as its option, the product at no charge to you. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy and Precision Set's role obligation in the event of a defect.
The guarantee does not cover (i) loss or damage to your product resulting from accident, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or alteration (including ring sizing) other than by Precision Set, (ii) lost stones (unless resulting from a defect).
